About

The treatments I use help people to identify goals closest to their own values. Goals are then easier to achieve because they are already close to who you are and what you hold to be important. I can assist with reshaping challenging thoughts into productive actions and more positive behaviors. I work in a group practice in Lewiston founded as a diverse holistic group that with the pandemic has evolved into a practice of experienced mental health practictioners.

I have been in the field for 25+ years and have a broad range of experience with anxiety and depression, and trauma. I also have extensive experience with Autistic people. We are able to work together to identify challenging areas whether they are emotional, social or sensory and problem solve together.

I particularly enjoy Neurodivergent adults and have good success with this population. I would invite a conversation for a referral to determine the appropriateness of outpatient therapy for potential clients who have been diagnosed or are questioning.
