I help clients push through challenges to find fulfillment, well-being and balance in love, work and play. It's important to me to co-create trust and curiosity about the challenges my clients face, with warmth and compassionate listening. I help facilitate self-awareness, change, empowerment and growth. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, but my practice is eclectic. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I am an Emotional Literacy Coach/Master Trainer through Yale's Center for Emotional Intelligence, helping clients build skills in communication, relationships and intimacy. Many of my clients seek help with parenting, life transitions, life balance, relationship and marital issues, family issues, ADD, grief, emerging adulthood/launching, anxiety, self-esteem, loneliness, and managing stress/challenges, especially those related to chronic health conditions such as food allergies. My services, including psychotherapy, coaching, or consultation, take place virtually, and are delivered with compassion and respect. Clients are encouraged to explore the past and present, gain insight, challenge themselves to grow and celebrate progress. Take that first step towards empowerment and change. Call to see how we might work together!
