About

Relationships can be hard, especially the parenting one. My style of therapy is based on the latest research in how the brain (neuroscience geek!), body, and emotions work together. For 20 years, I've partnered with individuals and couples, facilitating thriving relationships: parent-child, partners, and co-parenting couples. The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. I can help you explore relational wounds and teach you new skills to experience more satisfying relationships. Let's talk and see if we're a good fit.

We will work together using a variety of evidence-based practices: emotionally focused therapy, the developmental model of couples therapy, mindfulness practices, polyvagal theory, the Incredible Years parenting program, focusing (somatic therapy) and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will tailor our work to meet your unique needs and preferences.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, humorous, focused and research-informed. Maybe you're a new or struggling parent, an individual or couple trying to cope with life or resolve challenges. Whether you need help to heal or support making changes, you're not alone.
