About

I successfully work with adults, adolescents, children, and families by using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT), and Eco-Systemic Family (ESFT) therapies. I implement these techniques by personalizing them to your specific therapeutic journey so that you and your family can learn the skills needed to persevere over depression, anxiety, and trauma while also mastering interventions that can aid you in improving your communication and social skills.

My goal is to utilize over ten years of experience working with individuals and families to work with you to rediscover your inner strength. We will accomplish this by developing a therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel safe and welcomed to explore your emotions and gain insight into the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

As we work together our goal will be for you to take what you learn in therapy and utilize it to develop a better understanding of yourself, and the world around you. The power to make changes in your life is in your reach and I want to be able to help you be successful.
