I work with individuals and couples interested in gaining insight into relational patters with the goal of empowerment. I work with those interested in exploring the intersection of how we are shaped by society and culture, how we are shaped by our ancestors, family systems, and our own beliefs about who we are impact what we imagine we are and may become. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-confidence, and relational conflict who desire ease and balance. I am interested in sexual empowerment and sexuality, and I inhabit and work with alternative relationship styles including non-monogamy. I offer somatic psychotherapy, a type of therapy that aims to include body-based processes and awareness through conversation and mindful experience, and may include some breathwork or movement. I also draw upon techniques from Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and Ecopsychology which looks at who we are in relation to our (and the) environment. From personal experience I know many emotions accompany the beginning of a therapeutic journey, and I invite you to reach out wherever you are with it. I would love to get to know you and what we might work together on during a free 20 minute consultation. Wherever your journey takes you I wish you ease and the best of luck. All my best, Loren
