Is anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, difficulty forming intimate relationships due to self-doubt, some unidentifiable reasons, or a combination of life difficulties preventing you from achieving your goal or living your life to the fullest? My ultimate goal is to help each individual create meaningful changes so they can live their life in the most meaningful way. The process starts with a strong therapeutic relationship with a foundation of trust, empathy, and wholeness. Change can be uncomfortable, but the discomfort that comes with change when presented with the right connection and tools will yield tremendous growth. You may have heard that therapy cliché that either the therapist is a blank slate and says nothing or repeat everything you say. But it doesn’t have to be like that! Therapy is a robust experience that is unique to each individual. Our therapeutic process should feel rich and rewarding. You live in the real world so therapy should be with a real person! I am a tele-health provider and have learned ways to create an effective therapeutic space virtually. We will work together and find the most compatible treatment or a combination of treatments for your needs. I have found that good and communicative collaboration between the practitioner and the individual yield the most meaningful and lasting change.
