Healing is possible. No matter who you are, or what happened to you, you deserve to feel safe and at home in your body. You can create a life that is worth living. I specialize in working with eating disorders and trauma. I work with adults, adolescents, and families. My approach to therapy incorporates relational psychodynamic, behavioral, and somatic techniques. In addition to private practice, I work as a Psychologist at UCLA and as Adjunct Faculty at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Psychology. My clients and colleagues have observed that I possess an authentic, warm, humble therapeutic style, with a strong emphasis on insight development and change. I am interested in how social identities related to culture, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, body size, and ability intersect with your mental health experiences.
