About

Healing can mean many things to many people, whether that’s community, growth, inner peace, recovery, or support. I see healing as an act of liberation. For queer and trans people, it is liberating to show up for our most authentic and embodied selves, and to have our pain, joy, passions, identities, relationships, and journeys nonjudgmentally witnessed. I see therapy as a space to sustainably build a relationship with all parts of yourself, and to feel that you are enough, worthy, and whole in the process. I offer an empathetic, collaborative, and compassionate partnership, where you decide the course of your healing journey.

My therapeutic style is rooted in liberation-oriented and harm reduction approaches, which means I look to you as the expert of your experience and always take into consideration the ways that systemic oppressions impact our lives, communities, access to resources, and relationships with embodiment.

You’re already doing something incredible by showing up to this process and showing up for yourself. I’m rooting for you as you take these next steps towards your healing.
