Taking the steps to seek therapy can be difficult and overwhelming, but I am here to tell you that I am already proud of you for beginning this journey. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable to be able to grow and change into the person you know you can be. By combining evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies, with my clinical experience, we can work together to get you where you want to be. So, let's take this journey together! Liz is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey. Liz’s work focuses on children, teens, and the young adult population. Liz has worked with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. She also utilizes her skill set to come up with creative therapeutic activities and is currently training to become certified in EMDR. Wherever you are in your mental health journey I am here to support you. I work to create a supportive, judgment free safe space to help facilitate a healing environment.
