About

Being diagnosed with a chronic illness &/or acquiring a disability can brings dramatic life change for you and your loved ones. A new prognosis, sudden trauma, congenital health condition, or the gradual onset of a life with imposed limits can bring isolation, overwhelm, & clueless as you seek to figure out how you will navigate your new “normal." Like most people who fall ill or encounter disability, you have no blueprint for how to move forward to recover a meaningful life for yourself.

You are not alone. As a clinical therapist & certified rehabilitation counselor I can help you navigate your new reality. With years of experience helping people navigate their chronic illnesses and disabilities, I bring my own 17 yr experience living with ME/CFS & use a wide range of integrative counseling modalities to help you meet your counseling goals.

The journey isn’t easy, and it takes tremendous courage to allow your suffering, show self-compassion for yourself, and take steps forward to recover a life for yourself. I invite you to check out my website, contact me, or set up a free 15 min consult (it's pretty painless & easy!) to learn more about what counseling would look like together.
