Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT experienced in working with children, teenagers and adults. I can help you or your child to find ways to cope, to communicate effectively with others, to regulate your feelings, to solve problems and conflicts, and allow your best self to shine. Neurodivergent clients welcome! I specialize in working with children with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, behavioral challenges, or who have experienced trauma, and in working with adults who fit this description or who care for children who do. I also specialize in parent-child and sibling family work, with a focus on communication and conflict resolution. Reaching out to a therapist can be frightening. It's often the first step to growth, however. I have worked with many clients who have improved their coping skills, family relationships, and communication skills. I will move at your pace.
