I have a relational approach to therapy. As humans, our connections to others influence how we relate to the world and ourselves. I encourage authenticity and help my clients to express themselves fully inside and outside of session. In return I offer my authentic self into session, allowing clients to know and relate to me. I believe a genuine relationship between client and therapist is required to create the space where real change can happen. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. I often work with individuals experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and stress/overwhelm. I am LGBTQIA+ allied, sex and kink positive, and I strive to be inclusive and affirming of all identifies. It’s not easy to prioritize yourself in this busy world, but here you are.
