About

Our thoughts, feelings, and our daily life can be overwhelming at times, I help people navigate through those difficult periods. I offer a warm and supportive place to talk about life's challenges, gain insight into one's thoughts and actions, and learn how to cope and solve problems. I have experience working with clients challenged with anxiety, depression, womens issues, eating disorders, martial and family conflict, grief/loss, low self-esteem, school avoidance, and offer parental support and psychoeducation.

My therapy practice specializes in helping adolescents, young adults and adults. However, I have experience in working with children of all ages. I have worked in private practice since 2016, and have years of experience prior to that working in various community settings and school systems.

I understand and appreciate that the idea of therapy can be daunting for some. I strive to create a safe and calming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing, which will allow clients to heal, reflect, and grow. Life is full of challenges, and I strongly believe psychotherapy can offer the comfort and support needed during those difficult times.
