About

Hi there! I am a Resident in Counseling under the supervision of Dayna Kumar, LPC. I specialize in working with children and young families, particularly mothers of young children. I work with children with behavioral challenges as well as children with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, & autism spectrum disorders. I also work with parents of neurodiverse children as they work to understand and support their child while finding balance in their family lives. I believe that as parents, your relationship with your child is your superpower. Together, we’ll find the tools you need to strengthen that connection and make your family life work for you.

With children, I utilize cognitive-behavioral and play therapy interventions to make the therapeutic process fun and accessible for my youngest clients. I also enjoy incorporating creative activities based on an individual’s strengths and interests and using the power of the outdoors to help children and families get regulated and connected.

My motto for working with clients is: We can do hard things. When we struggle, we grow. We get stronger every day! I look forward to meeting you to work through the hard things together!
