I am Lisette Edwards, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 5 years of experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, schools, community mental health, and crisis counseling. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children facing challenges such as mood disorders, severe mental illness, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, substance use, adjustment disorders, and life transitions. I employ an integrative approach to therapy, combining cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based counseling. I utilize creativity, critical thinking, flexibility, and collaboration to tailor my methods to the unique needs of each client.

My goal is to foster a caring and genuine therapeutic relationship that helps clients achieve their treatment goals, promote wellness, and create a meaningful life where they can thrive. I am dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth.
