About

Since 2011 I have worked with adolescents, adults, and couples who are experiencing mental health issues related to work, school, life transitions, relationships, identity, addictions, parenting, health issues, grief, trauma, and environment. The therapeutic relationship provides a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space to work through your concerns, reframe experiences, and move in a direction that honors what is important to you.

Establishing a trusting relationship is central to the work we will do together. As a person-centered therapist I will help you develop self-awareness, explore and express emotions and thoughts, and consider options that will be true to who you are as a person, individually, and in community.

Everyone has a story to tell that is unique to who they are and what their experiences have been. Your story matters. My practice is through telehealth, offering counseling sessions that are accessible and private. My hours are Monday through Thursday, 8-5; I will also consider evening hours if that works best for your schedule.
