About

If you find yourself struggling with feeling overwhelmed by so many life demands that you are unable to tend to your own needs, I can help you to recognize what is contributing to getting stuck and learn ways to get your life back. You may be immobilized by old, self-defeating habits, being driven by "shoulds", fears of being judged by others, or a general sense that taking time to take care of yourself will result in negative consequences. This likely impacts the quality of your relationships, health, and your sense of empowerment.

In addition to treating individuals, I help couples with addressing areas where you and your partner get stuck and are yearning to reconnect. I will compassionately assist you in navigating your tricky areas and learning ways to find each other again.

I practice evidence-based interventions with compassion toward the innate challenges of being human and living in conditions (internal and external) that can be difficult to manage. Modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
