A medical diagnoses or loss of a loved one can be overwhelming. I specialize in clients and their families navigating cancer or other medical illnesses, end-of-life, or grief. I incorporate spirituality when appropriate. I also work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma from societal oppression, and women’s issues. My aim is to help clients traverse challenges, discover healthy solutions, develop resilience, build coping skills, and experience inner peace. I collaborate with individuals, couples, and families to help them reach their full potential. Please email me detailing your counseling needs. View 7 Photos In an empathic and healing environment, I practice integrative therapy addressing the mind, body, and spirit connection. While rooted in psychodynamic and multicultural methodologies, I also integrate cognitive behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness, meditation, spiritual, narrative, solution-focused, neuropsychological and dialectical behavioral therapy. Traversing life events alone can be challenging. I welcome the opportunity to support you through difficult times to post-growth and fulfillment. As a member of the International Association of Counseling, I honor the cultural identities and uniqueness of every client.
