About

It's hard to make changes and it helps to have someone experienced in that process to guide and support you. Optimal healing and growth involve all the parts of the self -- body, mind and spirit. With over 20 years of experience, I offer holistic psychotherapy grounded in the principles established by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, nutritional and integrative medicine for mental health, and yoga therapy for individuals, couples and small groups. Whether you utilize one, some, or all of these approaches, they are designed to help you on your path to vitality, spaciousness and wholeness.

In couple therapy I draw on the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy to improve the quality and longevity of committed relationships. The relationship is the client, so there is no "taking sides." I enjoy highlighting the ways relationships call us to deepen our personal growth and how marriage is a spiritual path.

If you're looking for ways to improve your overall well-being, to feel grounded, connected and whole, and are open to addressing all the parts of your self, I would love to work with you. If you've worked hard at traditional "talk therapy" and believe you've reached the limits of that, a holistic approach can help you further along your path.
