About

I am passionate about helping others while exploring the uncertainties that arise during transitions and life changes, whether that’s enrollment in college, starting a new career, or a recent move. I am interested in learning more about my clients on a daily basis by utilizing a person centered and strength-based perspective. My approach aims to help you better understand how your habits, thoughts and behaviors deeply affect your life. I focus my work with children, adolescents, and young adults. As a culturally competent therapist, I possess the versatility to work with a variety of populations and age groups.

I have specialized training with adolescent and child psychopathology, working with military members & their dependents, as well as a professional certification in trauma and resilience informed care. Prior to individual therapy, my career has been focused on Mental Health Crisis Management in a psychiatric inpatient setting and emergency department.

As your therapist, I want to assist you in achieving your goals & support you through any adversities that may come your way. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach- You are the expert of your own life. I will support you in processing past experiences, navigating life’s current turns & how to start moving forward with a deeper sense of groundedness.
