About

I am currently a candidate for a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Regis University and an intern at Alpine Lakes Holistic Counseling and Wellness Center in Arvada. My experience includes working with teens, young adults, adults, individuals and groups in inpatient, outpatient, and wilderness-based programs. I have supported individuals on issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, personality disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and loss.

My therapeutic approach is founded in the belief that our bodies and emotions possess untapped inner wisdom that once tapped into, can guide us to a more fulfilling life. I intend to support clients through varied approaches including somatic engagement, internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and nature-based therapy.

I aim to work with you collaboratively to set personable goals where you can feel safe getting comfortable in the uncomfortable, work through difficult emotions and experiences while also being able to uncover what is holding you back. My role is to support you in a way that considers your unique up-bringing, culture, perspectives, and life story.
