About

With 5.5 years of specialized training and experience, my expertise is primarily in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of eating disorders and frequent comorbidities (depression, anxiety, trauma). I am trained in a number of evidence-based modalities that I'm dedicated to delivering with warmth and excellence: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and schema therapy. I am DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and RO-DBT (Radically Open-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) informed. Additionally, I am a certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider. View 8 Photos

I specialize in working with a variety of presenting concerns, including eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety, and OCD (ages 18-70). I also incorporate faith-based/Christian counseling at the request of the client. It is pertinent to me to provide and maintain a safe, non-judgmental, client-centered approach in every session.

It has been a lifelong passion of mine to journey with others through their pain. My resulting focus is to partner with my clients- emphasizing the therapeutic relationship- and help them make the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes that lead to psychological freedom. It is a true privilege and a great joy of mine to be invited on this journey!
