I'm originally from Roanoke, VA, but have been a resident of Norfolk for the last decade. During my time here, I have completed a BS in Psychology at ODU and went on to get my MSEd in Mental Health Counseling at ODU. I have experience working with a wide array of clients, including teens, families, couples, and adults with a variety of presenting struggles. I have experience working with clients in acute inpatient care, residential inpatient care, and in the outpatient setting. I have experience and specialize in many areas of therapy, which includes substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, trauma, relationship conflicts, communication/conflict resolution skills, boundary setting, and LGBTQ issues. I personally view therapy as a collaborative relationship in which we work together to find meaningful solutions that align with your values and personal goals.
