You have it all. The job, the partner, the family. People are impressed with how you juggle it all, but you don’t like how you show up in each arena of your life. You never feel like you are fully there, fully yourself. You feel like you’re just “doing” things to keep up the facade of being a nice person. But it feels fake and unfulfilling. You are proud of what you have, but you aren’t proud of who you are being. Your life looks perfect from the outside, but on the inside, it feels off. I'm a licensed therapist who worked hard to pivot my life after I found my path wasn't working for me. As a mom of 4, wife, and a CPA in my "other" path, I have a deep understanding that things can look good from the outside but can still feel off internally. I'm here to support couples, families, and individuals in aligning their external with the internal so they can find peace. I know first-hand what it takes to build a life you love.
