Do you find you're stuck in rut or in an unfulfilling relationship and not sure what to do? Are you doing more for others than you're doing for yourself? I can help! I have worked with adults who are dealing with these timeless issues, as well as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders. In addition to talk therapy, I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCH). I also use a cutting edge technique called Brainspotting. These methods are incredibly transformative in addressing a long list of concerns including stress, traumas, blocks in professional growth, and getting to the root of our negative self talk. Talk therapy is not the only way people prefer to express themselves. I also use journaling, and mindfulness techniques.
