About

I am passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate the complexities of life changes. Whether you are a teen trying to find your identity or a young adult looking to determine your next steps in life, I am here to support you. I specialize in working with individuals who have borderline personality disorder (BPD), those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, and families going through divorce or adjusting to post-divorce life. I also work with blended families and couples who are struggling to get on the same page. In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs

of each client. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are foundational approaches I use to help clients understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. CBT focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns, while DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices to enhance

emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Additionally, I incorporate art expression therapy to provide a creative outlet for clients to explore and express their emotions, promoting healing and self-discovery. Together, we can work towards understanding your challenges, developing effective coping strategies, and achieving your personal goals.
