Together we will normalize the human experience where we will dive into the thoughts and feelings that influence maladaptive behaviors and are affecting your everyday life. Therapy is not a one size fits all so we will use different modalities to best suite your goals and treatment. My clinical orientation is rooted in supporting the development of authenticity and independence using many different theoretical orientations such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and humanistic approach. I believe inner and interpersonal healing is central to these pursuits and ground my work in the here and now. I bring compassion, humor, and empowerment while valuing the relationship we build during our time together. I have spent over two years working in a residential mental health center which provided me comprehensive understanding of ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder. We will partner to build a toolbox of coping skills and ways to self-regulate that will be essential to healing and navigating life stressors.
