About

Welcome! I am a client-centered and solution-focused CBT therapist. I help people who live with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem learn coping strategies and life skills to build their resilience and to find resolution. I use evidence-based interventions grounded in compassion and acceptance to foster self-awareness, empowerment, and confidence. I have a special interest in building healthy relationships and working with people and families in transgender and gender non-conforming communities.

I integrate CBT with other evidence-based models such as ACT, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and skills training. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with EMDR training, my approach is also trauma informed. Coping and resilience are skills that can be learned. I know that my clients can grow and heal from anything that has happened to them.

Send me a message or call. Let’s meet. Partner with me to find the peace, joy, and purpose you deserve.
