My aim is to help you clarify your goals and assist you in working through issues from your past that are impacting your present. I am experienced and passionate about providing counseling for teens, adults, couples, and families who wish to create lasting change but are feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. I have a warm and open therapeutic style and approach therapy from the belief that everyone longs to be seen and understood. From this perspective, I strive to understand your needs and work collaboratively with you to create a space where you can feel supported, heard, and cared for. By using person-centered psychodynamic approaches incorporating elements of evidence-based treatment, such as mindfulness, parts work, and cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), I will work supportively with you to help you become more comfortable in your own skin, moving toward increased self-confidence and improved sense of self-worth. Change is possible. In our work together, you can expect to be challenged and nurtured, seen and heard, held and empowered.
