About

I view psychotherapy as a creative and collaborative process that leads to a fuller engagement in love, work and play. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues as well as creativity issues and matters relating to relationships, gender and sexuality.

I bring to the work a rich life experience, an instinctive understanding of people and years of training and supervising. I have advanced training in relational psychoanalysis and extensive experience in an outpatient clinic of a hospital psychiatry department.

Curiosity and compassion are needed to untangle the causes and consequences of patient's old behaviors and support the growth of the new. During the process, I provide an atmosphere of safety and empathy to allow the clients' self-understanding to blossom.
