As your counselor, my goal is simple . . .how can I help you find contentment with your life? This is a time that is all about you, the client. . . your needs, your goals, achieving peace and contentment with yourself and your life. I have spent over a decade working with Veterans and their family members, Law Enforcement, and First responders. I work with individuals, couples, and families on issues related to improving communication, healthy coping strategies, interpersonal skill development, issues related to sexuality and lifestyle, separation, divorce and co-parenting.
