About

Life is often not easy. And even when it is good, it can be challenging. We all struggle, wonder, and do our best with all that we have been given - our families and stories, our hopes and fears, abilities and blindspots. Psychotherapy can provide a place to better understand our stories or to heal from past traumas. It can help us address challenges in our relationships or develop new and better ways of being together. It can also provide a safe space to explore ourselves, to better understand who we are and what we want and need in order to live the life we have been given in the best way possible.

At its core, psychotherapy is a relationship. In offering you this time and space, it is my goal to create the sense of safety, warmth and connection that will allow you to do the work you've come to do.

While we each have our own journey to make, we are not meant to go it alone. Thankfully, life gives us witnesses and companions, not to provide the answers, but to offer some perspective and support along the way. If we work together, it will be my privilege to be one for you.
