We all find different ways to cope with pain in our lives. Sometimes, these coping methods can be harmful, like self-harm, substance use, or distracting ourselves to escape reality. If you feel stuck in patterns that aren't helping you anymore, I’m here to help you learn healthier ways to cope. Whether your struggles come from childhood trauma, mental health issues, or relationship problems, I want to support you in moving forward without feeling overwhelmed by the past and guide you toward a brighter future. I enjoy working with pre-teens, teens, and adults on issues such as self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and non-suicidal self-injury. I utilize CBT, DBT, and Attachment-Based Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR and Level 1 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I have experience working in hospitals, rehab centers, PHP, IOP, and PRTF settings I truly believe no one should feel trapped in their own mind. My goal is to help you take back control of your life and feel confident in your decisions. I’m here to support you in breaking through what’s holding you back, turning self-doubt into self-belief, and exploring new possibilities. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
