About

I work with clients looking to move through anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and poor self-esteem. I am a queer identified therapist and I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with queer, lesbian, bi, and trans identifying adults and adolescents in individual, couples, and group settings. I’m passionate about continuing the process of decolonizing mental health therapy and all my work is affirmative and through a queer, social justice lens.

My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and non-judgmental. I engage with my clients through empathy, humor, curiosity, and creativity to foster a supportive and collaborative environment. My approach with each individual and relationship is unique. Through Depth/Jungian, somatic, psychodynamic, and CBT, I make use of multiple therapeutic methods.

When looking for a therapist, it’s important to find the right fit. If you’re interested in working with me, we can start with a phone consultation. I’ll get a better understanding of what brings you to therapy and you can get a sense of how I work. Even if we aren’t a good fit, I’ll happily connect you with local referrals and resources.
