As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my goal is to be a supportive and empathetic guide, helping you use your strengths to work through the barriers that hold you back and develop the tools you need to set healthy boundaries. With experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, body image and disordered eating, and addiction, I recognize that no two people are alike, so finding the right combination of techniques and tools for each person is essential to healing. I have training in Gottman level 1, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution-focused therapy, CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, In each of these instances, and particularly with trauma and EMDR, my mission is to loosen the grip of what holds you back, enabling you to create a new life that serves you better. As a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), I’ve seen how drug and alcohol dependence impacts every everyone. Because addiction is a family disease, I provide education, support, and a compassionate environment to everyone affected by it.
