About

I am a NYU trained psychotherapist who supports individuals that are feeling overwhelmed, ashamed, anxious, depressed, and lost. My main goals as a therapist are to help you feel less alone with your emotions and to help you discover what is at the root of these feelings. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to process feelings and explore patterns. Through compassionate listening and empathetic understanding, I can help you navigate life's complexities, develop coping strategies, and build meaningful relationships with yourself and others.

I often work with smart and motivated individuals who feel unfulfilled or anxious despite having achieved various societal markers of success. If you are dealing with a major life transition, relationship challenges, grief, childhood trauma, or pet loss, I am here to support you.

I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions on weekday mornings and on Sunday evenings. If you are curious about starting therapy, please reach out. I am happy to answer any questions you have over a free 15-minute phone consultation.
