No matter your stage of life, or which part(s) of your internal and external worlds you want to discuss – I will arrive in gentle kindness to strategize with you toward digestible approaches to life problems. Through open dialogue, I hope to bolster your toolbox for meeting the myriad of emotions – whether it be grief, anxiety, or frustration – that you may find in your daily experiences. I am stoked to meet you where you are, to process our broader world through an anti-oppression lens, and get into the nitty-gritty of your life.
