Perhaps you’ve felt like something’s been holding you back from living your best life. Or maybe you keep finding yourself in the same place despite your best efforts to make changes or sustain changes you’ve previously made. We all carry the baggage of our past, all of our hurts, pain, self-doubt, and fear, and survived it the best way we knew how. And although we’ve survived 100% of those worst days, surviving is no longer cutting it. In addition to traditional talk therapy approaches, I am also trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Equine-assisted therapy and Breathwork. With an arsenal of therapeutic tools, I am able to better help you navigate through your thoughts, feelings and beliefs in order to help you achieve the life you've always deserved to live! It is my goal to be the anchor through your journey of self-discovery. Healing occurs just beyond a person's comfort zone, and I will provide you a safe place to be able to create meaning and find resolution and resiliency.
