About
As a deeply empathic individual and someone who has been on his own healing journey, I am excited to work with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and life stages. I am passionate about relationship-building and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to explore whatever you may bring with you to session. My approach to counseling is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally-aware. I find it essential to take into account the whole person and all that has made up their experience. In practice, I balance encouraging self-exploration, fostering mindful awareness, and building skills to help you gain insight and progress at your own pace. I am currently a Master’s Student in Counseling at Boise State University, working toward Idaho licensure (LPC) under the supervision of Hailey Harris, LCPC.
