About

I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and groups on a journey of deep healing and transformation. My approach is grounded in understanding how trauma impacts the nervous system and how reconnecting with your body can lead to lasting recovery. I'm particularly passionate about working with people who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, kinky, on the ace/sexual spectrum, or who have experienced C-PTSD. I am committed to helping you navigate the unique challenges of your identity and experiences, heal from past wounds, and cultivate a life that reflects who you truly are.

I use somatic techniques to guide you inward, helping you to reconnect with your body, understand your internal landscape, and develop self-soothing tools to help you find calm in moments of activation. Above all, my work is grounded in self-compassion, supporting you in building a compassionate relationship with yourself that nurtures healing and growth.

I honor the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I’m here to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Whether you're working through trauma, identity, relationships, or all of the above, I look forward to supporting you in reclaiming your safety, belonging, and peace.
