I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples the same. My passion is helping young children because I feel they deserve a voice and are so often not given one. However, I also thoroughly enjoy working with adults, particularly those struggling with anxiety and/or depression and helping them work their way out of that struggle because both issues are so debilitating. Empowering clients is what I enjoy most about my chosen profession. I have experience working with all ages in many settings. I am an early childhood specialist and have many hours of training in art therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience regarding sensory needs in children, adolescents, and adults, and use these techniques often in therapy as well. I have a lot of experience and training in Play Therapy that assists me in working with young children, particularly those that are struggling with behavioral issues or developmental issues. I also have experience and training in anxiety and depression that assists me in working with adults dealing with this.
