I am dedicated to helping my clients heal from trauma, grow in self-awareness, and find and establish their identity and value. My husband and I walked through infidelity in our relationship and I compassionately understand the devastation betrayal has on a partner, a relationship, and a family. I understand the difficult questioning that occurs after a betrayal and the excruciating work it takes to become healthy and maintain wholeness. Asking for help is often difficult, however my client-centered approach creates a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process and begin healing. Providing a safe space for partners who have experienced the trauma of infidelity and/or sexual addiction, I empathically support partners during the difficult work of healing. I also assist clients experiencing life changes, anxiety, depression, negative self-image, and relationship issues. I am a CCPS-Candidate, a CSAT-Candidate, and EMDR trained. This is the bravest work you can do, I am grateful to have the opportunity to support you on your journey. I work with individual clients, couples, adolescents, and groups.
