Change is hard, and sometimes we can feel lost. Perhaps you're a teenager trying to figure out who you are while navigating tricky relationships and a mountain of pressure and expectations. Or maybe you're an expecting or new (or even a seasoned) parent, also trying to merge different identities and figuring out what this new life looks like. Each of these life stages brings a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, and joys. Navigating awkward teenage years and becoming a mom have been the most challenging and beautiful stages of my life and working with teens and new parents have become my passions as a therapist. I believe in the dignity and worth of all and believe that everyone is doing the best they can in the situation they are in. I am strengths-based and trauma-informed. If you are looking for support on your journey, please reach out to see how I might be able to help. In addition to therapy services, I also offer comprehensive evaluations for immigration cases and am currently accepting new clients for evaluations. Services are offered both in-person and via telehealth.
