About

My work can most closely be described as a reprogramming of the psyche. We are all operating unconsciously through frameworks of understanding ourselves and the world given to us from experiences in our life. Maladaptive behaviors and thought processes usually developed as ways to cope with difficult or confusing events. I can help you to see and transcend ego defenses which are no longer in alignment with your highest self. My approach is to offer culturally competent care that acknowledges systemic inequities and systems of oppression. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is a powerful tool I also offer to clients when appropriate. View 4 Photos

The reality is that feelings of unworthiness, neediness and of having an undefinable void are mostly universal. My office is a place where we can work together to replace the judgment that tells you these feelings are a fixed part of you and something to feel shame about with self love and acceptance. Neurodivergent identifying clients are warmly welcomed.

I work with clients through a psychodynamic lens but with a more engaged and real approach. I can help you break specific emotional/behavioral cycles or for ongoing self evolution. I am particularly skilled at helping to identify maladaptive patterns from early experiences. If this resonates with you contact me to set up a free consultation.
