About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey to heal and thrive. I integrate a strength-based approach, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to help anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, maladaptive behaviors, executive functioning skills and life transitions. Besides adults, I have particular experience in the public school system helping children and adolescents. I use warm, nurturing yet direct approach to foster confidence, emotional intelligence, and positive self-expressions.

With children, I often use play therapy, providing a natural and developmentally appropriate way for youth to process emotions, explore identity, build coping skills, and enhance social skills. I am also passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth with issues related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and self-acceptance.

Additionally, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals dealing with fertility challenges. Together, we will explore your strengths and work through current and past challenges, fostering a sense of confidence and resilience that will empower you to reach personal goals with confidence and clarity.
