About

My clients are millennial women navigating significant life changes, such as a new job, motherhood, or financial stressors. Often overwhelmed, they struggle with self-critical thoughts, perfectionism, and nervous system dysregulation that hinder their well-being. Anxiety and racing thoughts make calm feel unreachable, while pressures around them heighten feelings of self-doubt. I support clients in addressing these fears, navigating anxiety, and fostering self-compassion through EMDR and somatic therapy. By connecting with their bodies and reprocessing old belief systems, they find a path to balance and fulfillment.

As an EMDR, somatic, and DBT therapist, I support my clients—millennial women in transition—by helping them manage stress, release past pain, and find balance. Through reconnecting with their bodies and reshaping self-beliefs, they learn practical tools to calm anxiety and gain confidence, creating a grounded path toward a resilient and empowered life.

If you’re a millennial woman ready to find calm, build resilience, and embrace change with confidence, let’s work together. Using EMDR, somatic, and DBT therapy, I’ll guide you in releasing past pain, reconnecting with your body, and managing stress. Take the first step toward a balanced, empowered life—reach out today to start your journey.
