People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Maybe you are tired of your own BS and are finally ready to make lasting change. Perhaps, your romantic relationships, family connections, or friendships are lackluster, unfulfilling and you’re ready to set yourself up for relationship success. You may have gone through major (or even minor) life changes and now feel like old patterns that you had once resolved are coming back to haunt you. Or maybe you’ve always struggled with communicating your wants and needs and are ready to learn how to have your voice be heard while still preserving your relationships. Together we will use evidence-based models, humor, empathy, and the occasional f-bomb to explore parts of your life that you want to change, shift the beliefs that keep you stuck, create connection, and let go of the parts of your life that no longer serve you in a healthy way. while reducing battling, confusion, and resentment in all of your relationships. I believe that people are often doing the best they can in the position they have found themselves and am passionate about fostering hope in my clients and helping them develop skills to meet their goals. I find that every person has a wealth of strengths to work from and, by capitalizing on those, they are able to grow and improve their bonds with others.
