About

My goal is to help all of my clients recognize their capacity for resilience and ability to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. I provide an empathic and supportive approach to therapy. I truly believe that in order for therapy to be effective, a trusting therapeutic relationship must come first. I can help individuals achieve a healthier self-esteem, greater acceptance, deeper insight, and relief from physical and psychological pain through a variety of treatment techniques. These techniques include: EFT, CBT, relational, strength-based therapy, and mindfulness.

I have over 10 years of experience working with anxiety-related disorders and depression in a variety of mental health settings. My work has also focused on helping survivors reclaim a sense of control and process the impact traumatic events have had on their lives. I specifically work with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.

NOTE: I have current openings on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. My practice is only offering telehealth sessions.
