About

Asking for help is a vulnerable and courageous act. Keep going! Alongside the joy and wonder this life can bring, we will also be struck by grief, major life changes, trauma, relationship struggles, acute or chronic stress, and crises of mental, spiritual or physical health. Sometimes we need help. Therapy with a provider that you feel safe and understood by can help you to heal and grow. "We don't have to do it alone. We were never meant to" - Brené Brown

I work from a biopsychosocial model of care which takes into account the whole person. I work with adults using evidence based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I am an empathic, supportive and open minded person. I will meet you where you are and together we can figure out how to move forward. Should you feel I may be a good fit, I look forward to meeting you!
