About

The alphabet soup of manualized therapies works for many, and I’ve found that transformation often begins when clients step beyond those structured approaches. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. From there, clients may find themselves exploring different parts of their psyche, setting boundaries with substances, conversing with lost loved ones, or even finding gratitude in long-held pain.

I came to this profession after spending much of my life on the other side of the desk. I know what it’s like to feel out of place, out of control, and out of options—because I’ve been there. I also recognize that every journey is unique. My role is to guide you in finding your own path forward. My practice is deeply rooted in this hard-earned wisdom.

My experience includes working with folks who faced combat, sexual assault, struggles with substance use, abuse from loved ones, and a culture that attacks them for simply existing (Queer, BIPOC, Neurodiverse, Sex Workers, and more). Whoever you are, all of you is welcome here.
